If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, we will gladly credit your payment, minus any shipping costs, for a future order. Any returned bottles or jars must be unopened when returned in order to receive this credit. They also must be received by us within 15 days of their order. Our websites offer our products to individuals only. If you are looking for a volume or corporate purchase, you must contact us by email at customerservice@antiaginghouse.com. We will not honor any volume or corporate orders from our website, and a service fee of at least $50 will be charged for such unapproved orders.
We cannot, however, honor returns of opened bottles and jars containing creams. lotions or pills. We also cannot honor returns of Magsteps that have already been cut to size.
